- Your responsibilities
- You will drive the marketing performance agenda and ensure that marketing investments deliver measurable business results.
- You will drive continuous improvement of marketing ROI through data driven decision making.
- Lead performance analysis across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and influence decision-making through actionable insights and performance reporting.
- Lead the marketing planning process by ensuring decisions are based on a clear understanding of performance and business impact.
- Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness throughout the year to ensure performance excellence.
- Collaborate across commercial functions to secure integration, alignment, and maximum business impact.
This job is located in our Service Office/ Head Office of IKEA Germany in Hofheim-Wallau between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main.
