This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview • Full-time (3-4 days/week) within Monday - Friday • Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation • No nights or weekends • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations • Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications • Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns • Provide brief interventions and behavioral management • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings • Coverage area includes Northtowns and Southtowns
Compensation and Benefits • Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually with no cap on productivity income • Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications • Active, unrestricted New York license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C • Active DEA or willingness to obtain • All experience levels as a PMHNP or Psych PA welcome to apply • Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
