Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide support. This is a long term opportunity with the duration of a year, with the possibility of extension.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform IMACD tasks
- Provide break/fix support
- Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints
- Perform hardware/software troubleshooting
- Support asset handling
- Perform ticket updates
- Provide end-user support
- Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests
- Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records
- Assist to coordinate escalations
Required Experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred in enterprise deskside / field support
- Hands-on experience with level 2 Windows deskside support and troubleshooting
- Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD
- Strong onsite customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
- Ability to document work accurately
- Strong collaboration skills
Wage Range
The hourly rate for this position is between $21.31 - $28.41 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
