Pay: $30–$50/hour DOE -- Opportunity to earn $1,650–$2,750+ per week depending on experience and overtime worked (up to $125,000+/year!!)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 40 to 50hrs per wk

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Brighton, CO. This is a plant-based position offering consistent work at one industrial facility, without the need to travel between multiple customer sites.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems and related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, pumps, valves, piping, and related components.
- Identify mechanical and refrigeration system issues and complete necessary repairs.
- Monitor system performance to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
- Follow established safety procedures and refrigeration system protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with industrial ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems.
- Strong mechanical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining and repairing industrial refrigeration equipment and components.
- Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs independently.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and established procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in an industrial plant environment.
