About this role
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and hands-on Resource Recovery Coordinator to help oversee the daily operations of our Resource Recovery department.
Working closely with the Resource Recovery Manager, you’ll support the team, coordinate workloads, and help drive operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and delegate tasks across the team.
- Support team development, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the processing, dismantling and recovery of IT equipment and components.
- Manage work orders, operational records, and waste compliance documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
- Support the Resource Recovery Manager in maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient operation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a warehouse or operational environment, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
- Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
- Forklift operating qualifications and a full UK driving licence.
- Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- An interest in IT hardware, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
