What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate construction crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Read blueprints and oversee project execution.
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite resources.
- Communicate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of construction experience.
- Prior Foreman, Crew Leader, or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
- Valid driver's license required.
