Charles Hughes Ltd (Portwest Ireland), a leading manufacturer of outdoor clothing and supplier of workwear, safety wear and PPE are seeking applications for the position of Customer Service Administrator, based in our Westport Head Office. Charles Hughes Ltd distributes Portwest protective workwear, Agrishield rainwear, Dunlop footwear and other premium brands to over 1,200 customers in Ireland. We are a fast growing ambitious company employing over 100 people in Ireland.
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE
- Providing excellent customer service, seeking to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
- Order processing and customer service enquiries
- Preparing customer quotations
- Providing support to the Field Account Management team
- Order management and order tracking
- Business reporting as required
- Business administration as required
- Any other tasks as required in line with the role
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to plan and manage a busy workload
- Problem solving approach with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in task completion
