  • Formal instructor and range-safety certifications.
  • Experience supporting live-fire tactical training, shoot-house operations, and advanced direct action exercises.

This is an episodic assignment rather than a guaranteed full-time position. Work will be scheduled according to MRTC training requirements. The anticipated workload is up to 700 hours annually per instructor; actual assignments may be lower.

Employment is contingent upon contract award, Government training requirements, and verification of qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation within the posted range will be determined based on relevant Special Operations experience, formal instructor qualifications, required certifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the position’s responsibilities.
