Job Description
Empire Collision is looking for a full-time, career-minded CSR with a strong background in customer service. If you have previous experience in the industry is a plus but not necessary. Responsibilities

- Billing Insurance Companies
*Requirements: *
- Experience with Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is a bonus but not required
- Superior Customer Service and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to multitasks within a team oriented bodyshop
- Good communication skills and great attitude
- Valid Driver?s License
- Works well in a team environment as well as individually with little supervision
