The Platinum Group at Royal LePage Atlantic is looking for a creative, organized and motivated *Marketing & Social Media Coordinator* to join our growing real estate team.
We're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, takes initiative and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating engaging social media content, designing professional marketing materials, coordinating campaigns and keeping the many moving parts of a busy real estate business organized.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their work, contribute creatively and play an important role in the continued growth of an established real estate team.
What You'll Be Doing
Marketing & Content Creation
- Design engaging, professional marketing materials using Canva and other creative platforms.
- Develop and execute creative marketing initiatives for property listings, team branding and client engagement.
- Create graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations and other promotional materials.
- Write, edit and proofread compelling marketing copy for print and digital platforms.
- Maintain consistent branding and presentation across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate property photography, videography and other listing marketing requirements.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow The Platinum Group's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories and other short-form video content.
- Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to improve engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update team websites and online marketing platforms.
Email Marketing & Client Engagement
- Create and manage professional email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Design newsletters, property announcements and client communications.
- Maintain and organize client databases and CRM systems.
- Assist with client appreciation initiatives, seasonal campaigns and special events.
- Develop creative ways to maintain meaningful connections with past clients and referral partners.
Marketing Coordination & Team Support
- Coordinate marketing projects from initial concept through execution.
- Prepare, print and assemble listing presentations, brochures and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing deadlines and priorities are met.
- Provide regular project updates and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
