Full-Time Warehouse Associate
HiTeck Medical Instruments: Your Partner In Dentistry
*Location:* 2-4170 Sladeview Crescent, Mississauga, ON L5L 0A1
*Schedule:* Monday to Friday : 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
*Pay:* $18-20 per hour
HiTeck Medical Instruments is looking for a friendly, easy-going Warehouse Associate to work alongside our Warehouse Manager. You'll help clean, pack, quality check, and organize the dental instruments and kits we prepare for orders, courses, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly day to day. We want someone proactive who notices what needs to be done and gets it done without being asked.
What You'll Do
- Support the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse tasks and priorities.
- Clean, inspect, and prepare course instruments so they're ready for reuse.
- Assemble, pack, and organize dental instruments for customer orders.
- Receive, sort, and restock inventory, and keep storage areas labeled and easy to navigate.
- Check kits and orders for accuracy and completeness before they go out.
- Help with local pickups and deliveries as needed.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized, and suggest ways to improve how things are done.
What We're Looking For
- A proactive, helpful attitude. You spot tasks and take initiative.
- An easy-going, team-friendly personality, comfortable working closely with a manager, a team, or on your own.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to handle physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting or moving boxes.
- *A valid driver's license and access to a car are necessary*. Gas for work-related pickups and deliveries will be reimbursed.
- Warehouse, order-packing, or instrument-handling experience is a plus, but not mandatory, as we are willing to train the right person.
