Your tasks
- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm, professional manner
- Coordinating patient bookings and managing the schedule
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Assisting patients with questions, both on the phone and in the office
- Educating patients on the product lines and procedures we offer
- Using our booking and client management systems to keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What we?re looking for
- Some experience in the aesthetic industry (medical aesthetics, med spa, skin clinic or similar)
- A high level of computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new software quickly and work comfortably across multiple systems
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, professional and polished presence
- A team player who works well with others
- Reliable attendance and an energetic, positive attitude
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A high standard of professionalism and personal presentation
- Weekend Availability
Experience
- Aesthetic industry: some experience (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Experience with scheduling or CRM software is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
