$17.00 per hour Work from comfortable home in Saskatchewan Operational hour: Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm central time Paid weekly, every Friday 35 - 37 hours a week Must be available in evenings and weekends Temporary for 3 month till project end.
- What's the job Make outbound calls to potential supporters, and donors.
- Provide information about the initiatives, and events.
- Answer questions and address concerns from the public.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Education equivalent to a High School diploma/GED.
- Able to type 40 words per minutes with 95% accuracy Two years prior call center experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends and holidays).
- Ability to interpret complex KPIs and relate them to qualitative findings Experience with contact center software Requires a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team and have a genuine interest in people and desire to help.
- Legally to work in Canada without restriction Able to complete backcheckWork at Home Computer requirements: Headset - (Can not be wireless) Personal computer or laptop.
