What You?ll Be Doing
- Installing furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, thermostats, and more
- Teaching customers how to confidently use their new equipment
- Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Promoting our membership and referral programs
- Participating in regular team training and meetings
What We?re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver?s license with a clean abstract
- Bonus if you hold a Gas Fitter, Sheet Metal, or Refrigeration ticket
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Organized, reliable, and committed to customer satisfaction
- Criminal Background check will be performed
$3,000 Signing Bonus for Journeypersons
We?re in this for the long haul?and we reward loyalty.
*Available to certified journeypersons only*, the bonus is paid out in four milestones:
- *$500* after 30 days
- *$750* after 90 days
- *$750* after 6 months
- *$1,000* after 12 months
