About this role
Overview
We are seeking a licensed plumber to work alongside our contractors to check, diagnose, and possibly reinstall water lines in an older multi residential OCCUPIED building. These would be kitchen lines only, new drains have already been installed,
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes and fixtures running to kitchen sink line
- Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions..
- Complete basic assembly, fitting, and installation tasks; crimping work when qualified and required.
- Keep work areas organized and follow job-site safety practices and applicable plumbing codes.
- Basic carpentry skills (wall behind lines)
Qualifications
- Plumbing or apprentice license required
- Demonstrated plumbing experience, with construction or maintenance experience preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems.
- Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, sitting, bending
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safe, professional workmanship.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
