Overview
We are seeking an experienced, guest-focused Esthetician to provide high-quality skincare and beauty services in a welcoming, professional environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with excellent *customer service*, *hospitality*, and *communication skills*. This role may also support front desk and retail activities to help create a smooth, positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to understand their needs, explain service options, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Perform esthetic services safely and professionally, following established sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Provide services such as skincare treatments and Manicure, pedicure *body waxing*; additional skills in *makeup application*, *eyelash extensions*, and *nail care* are welcome.
- Support *guest services* and *front desk* operations, including welcoming guests, managing appointments, and helping maintain an organized service area.
- Share product knowledge through *product demos* and thoughtful recommendations.
- Contribute to *retail sales* through attentive service, appropriate *upselling*, and a focus on guest needs.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, inviting environment and deliver a consistent guest experience.
Requirements
- Current esthetician license required, with relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of skincare services, sanitation, and safe work practices.
- Demonstrated *customer service*, *hospitality*, and *communication skills*.
- Confidence discussing products and services; experience with *retail sales*, *sales*, or *upselling* is preferred.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing guest care with front desk or team support.
- Additional experience in *body waxing*, *hair styling*, *eyelash extensions*, *makeup application*, or *nail care* is a plus.
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
