Discovery Ford Sales Ltd. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Automotive Shop Assistant to join our Service Department. The successful candidate will assist with routine vehicle maintenance, general shop upkeep, customer transportation, and a variety of other tasks to support daily shop operations. Duties and Responsibilities:- Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance- Assist with tire changes, installations, and rotations- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment- Perform general shop cleaning and maintenance duties- Provide shuttle transportation for service customers- Assist service technicians and other team members as required- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies Qualifications:- Valid driver's licence- Basic automotive knowledge or experience considered an asset- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks- Strong work ethic and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn- Weekday shifts with occasional weekend work as required.
