Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Acquisition, SEO & AEO
VIREC is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager in Montreal to run Google Ads, SEO and AEO (getting cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews) for our AI-powered real estate data platform. You own the channels, the budget and the results. Your AI tools do the boring parts.

VIREC is AI-native real estate intelligence for the US and Canada: AI agents that find properties and market listings, built on registry data for every parcel.
Task
- Run Google Ads that turn searches into signups, and signups into paying customers
- Grow organic traffic with SEO, in English and French
- Get VIREC cited when someone asks an AI "who owns this building?"
- Track everything from first click to paid plan, then double down on what works
- Use AI to do in an afternoon what used to take a sprint
Looking for
- You have 3+ years hands-on with Google Ads and SEO, and numbers to prove it
- You use AI tools daily and have built at least one workflow you're proud of
- You read GA4 the way other people read menus
- You work in French and English (bonus points for both in the same sentence, like a true Montrealer)
- You want to be on-site in downtown Montreal

- Real estate, proptech or SaaS experience
- You've built SEO pages from data at scale

- C$64,200 to C$73,800 base salary
