About the Position
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused *Part-Time Laundromat Attendant* to join our team at our Oxford Street location in London.
Working at Super Clean is about more than just laundry. It's about creating a welcoming environment, helping customers, and making their laundry experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Whether you're helping someone choose the right washer, processing a wash-and-fold order, or reuniting those missing socks with their partners, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers happy and our store running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and assisting them with their laundry needs.
- Helping customers select and operate washers and dryers, including machine sizes, load capacities, and wash cycles.
- Providing helpful advice on laundry care and stain removal.
- Answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and following up when needed.
- Accepting, processing, washing, drying, and folding customer laundry orders with care, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the store.
- Monitoring and replenishing supplies, including vending machines and laundry products.
- Processing customer payments accurately and completing end-of-shift balancing procedures.
- Assisting with other daily store operations as needed.

- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.
