Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter to join our manufacturing team. This role involves applying coatings to doors and components using spray painting techniques. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Operate spray painting equipment efficiently and safely to apply coatings
- Maintain a clean work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure coatings meet specified standards
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Collaborate with team members on assembly, machining, or other production tasks as required
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines during all tasks
- Prior experience in spray painting or finishing is desirable but not mandatory
This position is integral to maintaining high-quality standards within our production process, offering opportunities for skill development in various manufacturing disciplines.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
