Job Advertisement: Building Caretaker (Part-Time, Weekdays)
We are currently seeking a *responsible and reliable Building Caretaker* to join our team. This is a part-time position, Monday and Friday, from *8:00 AM to 1:00 PM* and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday *8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Total of 22 hours per week with a possibility to increase hours by adding additional property.
* *Location:* West Vancouver, Argyle Ave
*Start Date:* As soon as possible hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds
- Cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and entryways
- Report any deficiencies to the office and preparation of the monthly report
- Monitoring and reporting any building issues or safety concerns
- Coordinating with service contractors when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caretaker or building maintenance role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
