With eight locations across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, we deliver training to over 25,000 students annually in first aid, workplace safety, and equipment certification. Our mission is to empower workers with the knowledge and skills they need to stay safe and confident on the job.
Position Summary
We are seeking a *Full-Time Health and Safety Instructor* to deliver a variety of safety training courses, including:
- Fall Protection
- Confined Space Entry & Monitor
- First Aid
- Elevated Work Platform (Scissor & Boom Lift)
- Forklift
- WHMIS
- Other related safety programs
*Teaching locations* will vary and can include any of ProSafe?s eight campuses, with a focus on *Burnaby and Langley*, as well as off-site client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person training sessions that are engaging, hands-on, and compliant with current regulatory standards
- Assess student competency through both theoretical and practical evaluations
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while teaching and working with clients
- Ensure training equipment is maintained and properly used during classes
- Travel to various teaching locations, including off-site corporate clients
Qualifications
- Practical experience using fall arrest systems, operating mobile equipment, or working in construction or industrial environments
- Prior instructional or facilitation experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a *reliable vehicle* and valid driver?s license
- Some weekend work may be required

Pay: $57,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
