Qualifications
? Master?s Diploma in Physiotherapy
? Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
? Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making and analysis
? The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
Accountabilities
? Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients
? Initiate appropriate in-home treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
? Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
? Meet and or exceed productivity standards
? Administer and collect outcome measurement information
? Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
? Document and communicate care plan according to established guidelines and standards
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 per week
