Overview
We?re seeking a dependable Breakfast Cook to prepare and serve quality morning meals in a clean, organized kitchen. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment, takes pride in consistent food preparation, and follows food safety practices. This role works closely with the kitchen and service teams to help ensure guests receive timely, welcoming service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes, quality standards, and guest requests.
- Complete meal preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
- Serve food promptly and coordinate with team members to support smooth service.
- Follow safe food handling procedures, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation.
- Keep kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and orderly.
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate team member.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
Experience
- Previous food service experience is preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Experience with cooking, food preparation, and meal preparation is helpful.
- Familiarity with food handling and food safety practices is preferred.
- A reliable, team-oriented approach and the ability to stay organized in a busy food industry setting are important.
- Willingness to learn recipes, kitchen procedures, and service standards is essential.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 ? 35.0 per week
