- SummaryLocation: YULReporting to the Director of Sales, the Aircraft Charter Sales Manager will interact with new and existing clients for the purpose of providing third party charters for Execaire and Image Air fleet aircraft as well as sub-charters for clients when fleet aircraft are not available.
- The Aircraft Charter Sales Manager will be expected to have a strong sales demeanor with the ability to convert trip inquiries into revenue generating flights and act as a results-oriented solution provider.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to company procedures and policiesAnalyze customer needs and match to aircraft capabilities, conferring with Operations as necessary.
- Work with team to find optimal solution for customers and Execaire.
- Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional or national promotional opportunities.
- Gather market information to maintain competitiveness.
- Maintain record of prospects, leads, customer contacts, wins & losses on databasePrepare and deliver quotations to customersOrganize charter flights including times, passenger names, ground transportation and catering requests, customer preferences etc.
- Find sub-charters when fleet aircraft unavailable.
- Follow up on charter flights in progressResolve problems and provide ongoing supportConduct customer satisfaction surveysPromote sales to existing clients to seek any future opportunities and establish new customer relationships to grow customer baseKeep up to date quote statisticsReview and approve post-flight billing destined to AccountingIssue monthly/quarterly customer reports and maintain active scorecardsUpdate aircraft information for marketing initiativesUpdate information on sub-charter companies (fleet, rate per hour, insurance, operating certificates, etc.)Work on special projects, as requiredMeet and exceed yearly sales targetsAccomplish other duties as assigned by the Director of SalesRequirementsCollege or University diploma in a relevant fieldAviation experience3+ years' experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of MS Office SuiteSelf-starter - shows initiative and motivationExcellent organizational & communication skillsEnglish is required for this position as occupant will be negotiationg with clients both nationally and internationally.
