Job Description
Growing Physiotherapy & Chiropractic clinic in Markham looking for a Social Media Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day social media and digital marketing execution. This role focuses on social media content creation, short-form video editing, posting, and community engagement across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Capture and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
- Maintain and execute a social media content calendar
- Repurpose existing photos, videos, and messaging into posts, reels, and stories
- Update and optimize social media profiles including bios, links, and contact information
- Apply keywords, hashtags, captions, and alt text to posts
- Respond to comments and direct messages to support community engagement
- Monitor engagement and flag trends or questions
- Track performance metrics
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual social media reports
- Organize digital assets and assist with marketing campaigns as directed
Required Qualifications
- 1?3 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or Content Creator
- Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and similar accounts
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and work independently
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or local service businesses is an asset
