Department: Front Office / Guest Services Property: Wingate by Wyndham, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta Reports to: Front Office Manager / General Manager Position: Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Representative
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to respond to guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest stays.
- Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Uphold company standards for hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel front desk operations and multi-line phone systems preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
