- Assist with day-to-day business communications, including voicemails, client emails,
reservation inquiries, online reviews, and event correspondence. Candidates with social

and helping ensure each event runs smoothly.
- Coordinate banquet event setup and teardown as required. Delegate tasks clearly,
monitor event details, and communicate staffing needs to management.
- Deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience by responding promptly and
professionally to guest concerns, questions, and special requests.
- Process payments and cash transactions accurately, following established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to support timely, accurate
order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards throughout the dining
area and bar.
- Additional administrative responsibilities, with an additional wage incentive, may be
available for the right candidate.
Skills
- Serving It Right certification required; a minimum of one year of serving experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and support a team with a warm,
approachable management style.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and common email, calendar, and reservation
systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, especially when managing
reservations, event details, client communications, and schedules.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-
paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food-service procedures and safety standards; FoodSafe Level 1 is an
asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional, friendly, and
timely email correspondence with clients.
