This role involves leading the staffing process for the Practice, working collaboratively to manage bench, staffing, rotation, skills, and planning to have people available in alignment with the business priorities. The role also involves the definition and monitoring of the training and upskilling plans for the team members, as well as supporting the career development of the team members. Accountable for people, utilization, and economics of hisorher unit, relying on key operations business partners. Animates peoples careers through senior engineers acting as ˜people managers for 5 to 10 other engineers For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is [X] [currency] (full-time).
