About this role
B. Braun Miethke GmbH & Co. KG, based in Potsdam, is a joint venture between Aesculap AG - a subsidiary of the medical technology and pharmaceuticals manufacturer B. Braun Melsungen AG - and Christoph Miethke - founder and CEO of Christoph Miethke GmbH & Co. KG in Potsdam. We work passionately on the development of innovative drug delivery products with the aim of fulfilling previously unmet or barely met requirements of users and patients. We are looking for you as a Verification & Validation Engineer to drive forward the development and approval of our highly innovative medical products.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing test activities to meet timelines with project manager
- Creating and developing verification tests and sample plans for specifications in collaboration with R&D engineers
- Creating verification plans including layouts for standardized test documentation
- Ensure verification plans fill norm requirements
- Performing verification testing when necessary
- Analysis of data and writing test reports
- Planning and coordination with external test houses Expertise
- Degree in engineering or equivalent (Bachelor / Master)
- Strong analytical skills
- You should have the ability to develop test specifications from specifications
- Initial experience in setting up test benches and test setups in the laboratory would be an advantage. Personal competences
- Desire to work in a creative and committed team
- Independent and very systematic and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of English and German (verbal and written)
