- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years experience in field service for recovery and power boilers.
- Familiarity with Evaporators operation and mechanical inspections Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Other languages are a plus.
- Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties.
- Boiler inspections.
- Boiler combustion tuning and optimization.
- Evaporator mechanical inspections.
- Pre-commissioning and start-up of rebuilds and new installations.
- Erection support.
- Communicate with internal engineering on equipment issues.
- Customer training for Andritz equipment and systems.
- Smelt pumping support.
