- Your Key Responsibilities Lead functional technical project managers of all disciplines or all team members from each R&D discipline and coordinate the technical activities.
- Take care of issues that cannot be solved within one discipline team.
- Facilitate approval of the technical solution of the product and drives the product technical release.
- As the main technical interface to the customer, coordinate all disciplines and find the best balance between system functionality and project costs from requirements to final test including project effort estimation and overall time planninig of big projects.
Manage stakeholder expectations, report to stakeholders on a regular basis Your Qualifications ： Critical Competencies Proficiency in at least one ME design tool Team player with good coordination skills, attention to details Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Mechanical , Automotive Engineering or equivalent Proficiency in drawing the schematic and the experience about the Mechanical design Salary Classification: I We look forward to your application.
