About this role
- Your Contribution: Support the definition and implementation of a medium- and long-term key account sales strategy, through administrative assistance in line with management direction . Support the set up and review of actual budgets and appropriate corrective measures in case of deviations.
- Support the pursuit of new business opportunities by administrative assistance.
- Administrate regular reporting and market analysis.
- Contribute to a long-term relationship with the customer and strengthen contact network within customer’s organization, focusing on administrative functions.
- Commercial Claims; data gathering & validation, data entry and reporting.
- Tariffs/Duties; gather raw data, obtain & provide proof of tariff, prepare and present topic internally and to customer.
- Lead customer specific reporting Lead role in communicating customer forecasts / webinars within MAHLE.
- Address capacity requests, coordinate with Plant and communicate back to customer.
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date record of volume/capacity commitments.
- Meet with Customer Purchasing to close open issues in a timely manner.
- Explore new business opportunities with Application Engineering.
- Ensure early MAHLE involvement with all Purchasing groups - promote the product portfolio.
- Initially responsible for low volume/low complexity RFQ process with potential to increase responsibility as experience, knowledge and capability grows.
- Other duties and responsabilities may be required.
- Your Experience & Qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Able to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and directors, and to present to groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Values and considers the perspectives and backgrounds of all parties.
