Works closely with engineering, quality, operations, and customers to ensure product performance and successful project execution.
- What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related).
- 1-3 years of experience in product, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
- Aerospace or connector manufacturing experience is a plus.
