Project Controls Specialist Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced Project Controls Specialist for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan .
Key Responsibilities
Review EPC project schedules, programmes and cost performance. Monitor project progress, milestones and schedule deviations. Support cost control, forecasting and progress tracking. Prepare and consolidate PMC project controls reports . Identify schedule/cost risks and support corrective actions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience . Strong experience in project controls, planning, scheduling and cost control . Experience in EPC programme and cost reviews . Experience in large-scale energy, renewable energy or infrastructure projects . Previous experience in a PMC, EPC or Owner’s Engineer environment. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project will be an advantage. 📍 Location: Kazakhstan ⏱ Engagement: Part-time
