HSE MANAGER Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced HSE Manager for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HSE activities across the project. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and applicable regulations. Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments. Monitor contractor HSE performance and corrective actions. Promote a strong safety culture across project activities.
Requirements
Relevant university degree or professional HSE qualification. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction and supervision of utility-scale renewable energy projects. Strong experience in HSE management on large-scale construction/EPC projects . Previous experience in EPC or Owner’s Engineer environments . Good knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and construction practices. Wind power, renewable energy or power infrastructure experience preferred. Experience in Kazakhstan will be an advantage. 📍 Location: Kazakhstan
