KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide support to end users Provide business support Provide SAP Functional Team Support REQUIRED EDUCATION Essential: Matric or equivelant Desired: SAP Certified in one of the modules utilized in Mediclinic Southern Africa REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Essential: 2-3 years working with SAP in business environment Desired: 2-3 years supporting SAP; SAP Call Centre Support REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience in End User Support Environment Communication Skills - Verbal Communication Skills - Written Microsoft Office Suites (Excel; Word, PowerPoint) All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
