Adidas - Sales Associate (20 Hours) adidas Manchester - Internal Opportunity We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate (20 hours per week) 4 hour shifts over 5 days to join our Manchester team. This role requires strong weekday availability, Monday to Friday , with flexibility to support the business during key trading periods. Purpose & Impact on the Organisation Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales and profit targets by: Inspiring consumer loyalty to the adidas brand. Delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences. Supporting the effective execution of daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and KPI performance through outstanding customer service.
- Deliver the adidas Brand Customer Service standards consistently.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, demonstrating adidas values and behaviours.
- Use product and seasonal campaign knowledge to engage customers and maximise sales opportunities.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits and unique selling points.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
- Process stock deliveries efficiently and replenish the sales floor regularly.
- Complete till transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support loss prevention by maintaining stock accuracy and following company procedures.
- Work safely and effectively in all areas of the business.
- Collaborate positively with colleagues and managers.
- Complete all assigned training and apply learning within the role.
- Continuously seek feedback and opportunities to develop performance.

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience within a customer-facing retail environment is desirable.
- Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts with good availability Monday to Friday . Eligible to work in the UK.
