About this role
Provide comprehensive healthcare management to facilitate delivery of appropriate quality healthcare, address member queries over chat, email, ECHS. Making outbound calls wherever required.
- High School Graduate/Diploma with CEF B1-5 Level proficiency, one year of experience in a voice process or prior level with eighteen months of process experience
- Proficient in computer operations, including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
- Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving and comprehension skills
