This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.

As a Union - Sales Counter Associate, you will sell merchandise to customers over the counter, providing excellent customer service and facilitating sales while utilizing knowledge of product sold.
Responsibilities
- Suggest selections that meet customers’ needs and emphasize selling points of article such as quality and utility.
- Prepare sales slip.
- Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
- Place new merchandise on display.
- Review and maintain counter inventory levels.
- Recommend new stock items by completing necessary forms.
- Maintain security of cash drawer and shipping ticket audit copies.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent required
- 1 Year Warehouse, Counter Sales, Customer Service Representative
- Able to evaluate products in terms of customer needs and know how to apply products.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including word, excel, Internet
