- Monitor and maintain collection performance across the assigned portfolio.
- Manage repossession activities and coordinate with repossession agents and sales teams for asset disposal.
- Liaise with collection agencies to ensure effective recovery strategies.
- Handle legal formalities related to collections and repossession in coordination with the legal department.
- Conduct field visits as required to support and supervise collection efforts.
- Train and guide the collections team to enhance performance and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
