We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Hugo, United States. Based at our 14531 Forest Blvd location, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers.
Load, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Hugo and surrounding areasPlan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiencyOperate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company policiesVerify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon package deliveryHandle cash, checks, and credit card transactions for COD (Cash on Delivery) ordersMaintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumptionConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioningCommunicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team membersResolve customer concerns and report any issues to the appropriate personnelAssist with loading and unloading packages at the distribution center as needed Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyBasic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventoryPhysical stamina to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 poundsOutstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorThorough knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Hugo and surrounding areasAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible schedule, including availability for weekend and evening shiftsPrevious experience as a delivery driver preferredFamiliarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software a plus All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
