We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Northglenn! As a Delivery Driver based at our 530 Malley Drive location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers.
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locationsLoad and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling of all itemsFollow assigned routes and schedules to maximize efficiencyUse our APP and GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery routesInteract professionally with customers during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questionsMaintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidentsConduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptlyAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety policiesCollect and process payments when requiredAssist with organizing and managing inventory in the delivery vehicle
You must be at least 18 years of age or older.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major traffic violations.Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clientele.Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in delivery records and documentation.Proven reliability and punctuality with a consistent attendance record.Previous delivery, driving, or logistics experience preferred.Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, mobile applications, and route optimization technology is a plus.Knowledge of local area geography and traffic patterns preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Basic math skills for processing payments, calculating mileage, and managing delivery records accurately.Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company policies and safety standards.Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform routine checks such as tire pressure, fluid levels, and light functionality.Experience with cash handling and payment processing systems preferred.
