About this role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented,and technically skilled engineer for our robot products.
- This role is primarily responsible for software flashing, functional self-testing, problem diagnosis, documentation, and rework of non-conforming units.
- Meanwhile, you’re also needed for our Shanghai office’s inventory and tools management.
- What you’ll be doing Robot Setup & Flashing: Perform flashing, burning, and installation of OS, firmware, and software on end-of-line devices in strict adherence to Work Instructions (WI).
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify software failures, hardware alerts, and anomalies.
- Utilize log tools and serial terminal debug tools to perform root-cause analysis, log fault details, and submit problem reports.
- Robot EoL Testing: Strictly execute EoL test procedures, inspect for mechanical/functional failures, upload data to the cloud, and compile test reports.
- Rework & Collaboration: Execute rework on software-related defects (re-flashing, setting restorations, configuration tweaks) and collaborate with HW/SW engineering teams on complex diagnostics.
