Tasks
- Solder and manually assemble various electronic components on PCB (printed circuit boards).
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
- Visually inspect products for quality.
- Set up machines and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Operate machines and equipment.
- Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations.
- Maintain quality control and production records.
- Load and off-load machines.
- Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification.
- Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies.
- Check products for quality control.
- Check and monitor product quality.
- Set up and operate various specialized finishing equipment and machines.
- Read blueprints and drawings.
- Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems.
- Complete and maintain production reports.
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Type of product: Electronic components.
