Position Overview
Responsible for managing day to day operations. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Sutter Standards of Behavior are being adhered to by their team. The Supervisor is responsible for role related departmental education in coordination with the department educators. Other roles and responsibilities related to managing employees. i.e. evaluations, scheduling, and coaching of staff.
Job Description
- EDUCATION:
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire
- TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years recent relevant experience.
- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Must have intimate knowledge of Anesthesia equipment and vendor relations.

Pay Range is $57.00 to $79.80 / hour
The posted pay range is based on the position's primary work location. Candidates who reside and work outside of that location may be subject to a different pay range based on their work location. Candidate starting salaries consider multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
