About this role
The successful candidate will
- Have sound knowledge of the SEND Code of practice, the Trusts SEND Policy and related procedures to ensure its implementation
- Hold High Expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues
- Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of all learners including those with EAL, who are disadvantaged or have SEND
- Support The Senior Trust Leader and principals in implementing academy visions and development priorities
- Have access to a Trust Senior Leader for SEND who will act as a coach and mentor.
