About this role
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience supporting children in a pastoral or safeguarding capacity.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understands safeguarding procedures and is confident working with external agencies.
- Can manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Has a calm, empathetic and solution-focused approach.
- Is confident analysing data and using digital systems, such as CPOMS and SIMS/Arbor.
- Can work effectively as part of a team while taking initiative and managing competing priorities.
