About this role
About this Role
Are you passionate about helping primary-aged children overcome barriers to learning, develop positive behaviours and thrive in school? Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking a skilled, compassionate and proactive Primary Pastoral and Behaviour Lead to work across our family of primary schools.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference beyond a single school, working collaboratively with school leaders, staff, learners and families to strengthen pastoral provision, promote positive behaviour and develop inclusive approaches that support every child to succeed.
You will provide targeted interventions for learners, practical guidance for staff and support for families, helping schools respond effectively to behavioural, social and emotional needs. Through early intervention, positive relationships and evidence-informed practice, you will help create safe, supportive learning environments where every child can flourish.
This is a central Trust role working across CELT's primary schools. Although you may be based at one school, the position will involve travel between schools according to need. The working arrangements and potential base location will be discussed at interview.
