- Can demonstrate excellent classroom practice with experience in Key Stage 2
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Demonstrates strong skills in adaptive and inclusive teaching
- Is able to inspire, challenge and motivate all learners
- Is hardworking, resilient and well organised
- Is committed to their professional development, both individually and as part of the team
- Is willing to engage in all aspects of school life
